Knowledge and Understanding

A demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the following Construction methods:

o Foundations (spread foundations and piles)

o Reinforced Concrete (rebar and formwork)

o Structural Steel (bolted and welded connections)

o Masonry

o Timber

o Temporary works

B demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the development of a construction plan and construction sequencing

C demonstrate knowledge and understanding of safe construction methods, Risk assessments & Method statements.

D be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of project, team and time management skills

E show experience and enhancement of setting out skills (levels and line offsets).

F show experience and skill enhancement of project planning & costing
